Sunday Conversation Classes & Locations:
Sunday school classes for children, from infancy through 5th grade, are offered each Sunday from 9-9:50 a.m. in the Education Building.
Nursery is provided for infants and young toddlers, during the Sunday school hour and during the worship service. The nursery is location in the Child Development building in room 217.
Middle school and Senior High students meet together for Bible study and conversation each week during the Sunday school hour, in the Parlor, on the middle level of the Grant building.
The Sherlie Andrew Sunday school class has met together for over 70 years. It now gathers each Sunday in the Sherlie Andrew room, on the top level of the Grant building, just outside the UF elevator stop. A group of leaders rotates duties for teaching this class, using the Uniform Lesson series (a lectionary-based curriculum) in a lecture format.
LIFT (Ladies in Fellowship Together) is a weekly Bible study class for women. It meets in the Uffman classroom, on the upper level of the Grant building, each Sunday from 9-9:50 a.m. The group follows a video-and-discussion format. On the second Sunday of each month, this group of women functions as a Circle of the Presbyterian Women of Alamance Presbyterian Church, during the Sunday school hour.
Brian Perrell’s Class, an intensive Bible study, meets in Perrell
classroom on the lower level of the sanctuary building each Sunday from 9-9:50 a.m. Brian Perrell leads a lesson-and-discussion format.
