There is no fee; you may drop in whenever you'd like.
The schedule is as follows:
Monday: 4:30-6 p.m.
Tuesday: 4:30-6 p.m.
Wednesday: 4:30-6 p.m.
Thursday: 4:30-6 p.m.
Saturday: 8:30-10 a.m.
